Crescita is a trauma-informed group practice in a Victorian house in the Old North End of Colorado Springs. We see adults, teens, and kids, in person and online across Colorado.
We care about depth over volume. Our clinicians use approaches like EMDR, parts work, and somatic awareness, and we'd rather you have room to do good work than squeeze in one more session.

Who we're looking for
You might be a fit if you’re…
- Licensed in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist), or pre-licensed (LPCC, LSW, MFTC) and looking for a supportive place to grow
- Drawn to trauma work, or curious about getting deeper training in it
- Comfortable seeing clients in person in Colorado Springs, online, or both
- Warm, honest, and good at sitting with hard things without rushing them
- Interested in working with adults, teens, children, military families, or a mix
